Green Power
By using renewable energy, ZFS shows its support for energy production. Our soybean processing plant uses large amounts of electric, so we built a pipeline from the Autumn Hills Landfill to our facility. [read more]

With energy and the environment in mind, ZFS' new administration building was designed to meet silver certification for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). [read more]
Biodiesel
ZFS also seeks to benefit its customers, community, and the environment by distributing pure soy biodiesel. We operate our entire fleet of trucks and trailers on biodiesel to lessen our dependency on imported oil. Biodiesel is nontoxic, degrades about four times faster than petroleum diesel, and has lubrication enhancing abilities for diesel engines. [read more]
