- Founded in 1950 by Robert (Bob) G. Meeuwsen as Meeuwsen Produce and Grain
- Reorganized as Zeeland Farm Services, Inc. in 1977 to provide customers with a wider variety of agricultural services
- Sold to Bob's sons, Cliff, Arlen, and Robb, in 1992
Zeeland Farm Services, Inc. is a family-owned business with over 55 years of service to the agricultural and transportation industries. Today there are over 175 dedicated employees, including 12 Meeuwsen family members, working at ZFS.
